If your workers' compensation claim is denied by the insurance company, that does not mean that you do not have a viable workers' compensation claim, it just means that you'll need the help of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) to resolve your claim. You'll need to file an Application for Adjudication and begin the medical-legal process. The Application for Adjudication for the State of California can be found here: https://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/FORMS/EAMS%20Forms/ADJ/DWC1.pdf. Contact me for a consultation!
